Low (and wallowing in self-pity)
My utter inability to take a good photograph at the moment is getting me down. Here's one from last summer, from a day when things seemed to work.

Well, in the goody bag I am packing to bring to you, I shall have to find room for an empty honey jar and a burst balloon. And some leftover Noro, for colour therapy.
